Does Global Goddess Beauty test on animals?
  NO. Global Goddess Beauty does not do animal testing on our finished products.
 

Do you accept cash or checks?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept cash or check as a form of payment but please feel to visit the nearest retail location that carries Global Goddess.

All duties, custom charges, and taxes are to be paid by recipient.
 
International Express: Please email customercare@globalgoddessbeauty.com to receive an International Express shipping quote.

Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes or Military APO / FPO addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service and cannot be shipped via 2nd Day or Overnight Priority service.

Please Note: All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases may be processed and shipped.

Item Availability

 Temporarily Out of Stock / Backordered Items
If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified via email and advised of the expected ship date of the backordered item. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they are available. If there are other items in your order that are in stock, they will be shipped to you. Please be assured that you will not be charged for any item until it is shipped. If for any reason you wish to cancel a backordered item, please contact us at customercare@globalgoddessbeauty.com.

MAXIMUM PURCHASE POLICY

We regret that we must limit orders to no more than four (4) units of any item with a maximum purchase of $500 (not including shipping fees and sales tax) per customer. If you have any questions please contact us at sales@globalgoddessbeauty.com and we will be happy to assist you.

Exchanges and Returns

We at Global Goddess Beauty hope you are 100% satisfied with every purchase you make. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase from GlobalGoddessBeauty.com please return it to Global Goddess Beauty within 30 days with your original receipt, and we will be happy to refund your purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns on opened color cosmetics, or skincare products that are more than 20% consumed (studies show that allergic reactions happen within the first 15% of a product's use).If an item purchased was a set, we can only complete the refund if the complete set is returned, not individual items.

All refunds are credited to the original payment method. No cash refunds. Send your package via an insured and prepaid method (we recommend UPS or FedEx). We cannot be responsible for the loss of your return during shipment. Include your packing slip and/or invoice number and please let us know the reason for your return. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns.
