International Shipping: We want everyone to experience Global Goddess products. Please email customercare@globalgoddessbeauty.com to get an international shipping quote. Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes or Military APO / FPO addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service and cannot be shipped via 2nd Day or Overnight Priority service. Exchanges and Returns We at Global Goddess Beauty hope you are 100% satisfied with every purchase you make. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase from GlobalGoddessBeauty.com please return it to Global Goddess Beauty within 30 days with your original receipt, and we will be happy to refund your purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns on opened color cosmetics, or skincare products that are more than 20% consumed (studies show that allergic reactions happen within the first 15% of a product's use).If an item purchased was a set, we can only complete the refund if the complete set is returned, not individual items. All refunds are credited to the original payment method. No cash refunds. Send your package via an insured and prepaid method (we recommend UPS or FedEx). We cannot be responsible for the loss of your return during shipment. Include your packing slip and/or invoice number and please let us know the reason for your return.
